Barre Classes

Want to burn some calories? This class is for you! An exciting and fast-paced class that involves a fusion of techniques from Pilates, ballet, small equipment and bodyweight training methods. You do not have to be a dancer to enjoy this upbeat class, where you’ll work up a sweat to a good beat, whilst developing balance, control, flexibility, strength and coordination.

Adult Ballet Classes

Our Adult Ballet classes are open for all aspiring adult ballet dancers at any level. Enhance your grace, agility, musicality and overall health and fitness while enjoying the art of classical ballet.

Pilates for Dancers

Monthly workshops designed specifically for dancers. Pilates is a wonderful cross-training method for dancers as it strengthens and prepares them for the physical demands of dance, ensuring a safe form of rehabilitation from injuries as well as injury-prevention in their dance careers.

Suspension Pilates

Suspension Pilates Classes

The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) challenges balance, stability, flexibility and coordination. These classes develop full body strength and mobility. Movements can be adjusted to or from any other form of Pilates. It is a fantastic way of rehabilitating, improving and preventing physical weaknesses, imbalances and or injuries. Both private and group sessions are available and our PSM sessions are open to everyone, from beginner levels to advanced.
